About Us
Arkansas Dance Marathon is a student-run non-profit organization that benefits Arkansas Children's Northwest, the University of Arkansas' local Children's Miracle Network Hospital.
Since it's inception in 2015, Arkansas Dance Marathon, alongside the U of A student body and NWA community, has donated over $300,000 to ACNW and is has continued to exceed expectations for what college students can accomplish for children's health in their community. Up until 2018, our funds went directly to building costs of the newest pediatric hospital in the country located just 15 minutes from campus. From now on, our funds will ensure that children in Northwest Arkansas receive the best care possible by providing medical supplies
Our Movement has grown to over 200 participants in 2022, and we are pushing harder than ever to make some big miracles in Northwest Arkansas. To accomplish this, we connect passion to purpose for the members of our community and campus by showing that no kid fights alone.
Why We Dance
Arkansas Dance Marathon puts on an annual 8 hour dance marathon event in the Spring to celebrate the hard work we have put in throughout the year and give one final fundraising push before our big reveal!
Fundraising efforts like yours are critical to the existence of Arkansas Children's NW. 100% of our fundraising total goes directly to help kids in NWA get the care they deserve at our local CMN hospital, Arkansas Children's Northwest. The charitable donations that we receive will go towards making miracles locally here to over 200,000 kids in Northwest Arkansas. Until those 200,000 kids no longer need all of us, we need YOU.
